Checklist for Ads
Please include the following information with each submitted ad (you may print out this page, fill out as appropriate and fax or deliver with ad):
Advertiser name
Publication name
Advertiser contact info: address, phone, etc.
Ad size/shape (see below)
Colors B&W 4C process
Production contact info: address, phone, etc.

Document Platform 
Formats accepted: PDFs, Mac Quark XPress (with supporting fonts and image files) Adobe Illustrator (eps only) Adobe Photoshop (eps or tiff only) Macromedia Freehand (eps only)
Media accepted: Iomega Zip-100  / CD / or emailed to sblackwell18@comcast.net

Production Specifications
All of the following are required:
Document on one page with dimensions set to ad size 
Include all screen and printer fonts (Postscript only; NO TRUETYPE)
All colors set for process separation (NO PMS)
Delete all unused colors from document palette (including unused colors from palette of Illustrator or Freehand file prior to saving or exporting as tiff or eps).
Include graphic images properly linked to document Color images in CMYK (NOT RGB)
Images saved as jpgf, tiff or eps 
Image resolution 266-300 dpi at final size
Images placed in layout program at 100%, not rotated or otherwise manipulated in the layout program
